Honeymoon2Give is registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Hilversum under number: 32106569. Honeymoon2Give use terms of delivery stated below for wedding couples who are using the registry service of Honeymoon2Give. For questions and remarks after reading those terms please contact us. PLEASE NOTE: by registering you agree with our general terms of delivery stated below. General terms of delivery You (from now: couple) decided to use the honeymoon registry service of Honeymoon2Give. For this registry service we ask a one time subscription fee of € 100,- or € 150,- (depending on the fact if the honeymoon is being booked via us). This amount should be paid before the registry list is created and placed on the website of Honeymoon2Give. Honeymoon2Give is entitled to delete or change personal messages for the tailor-made page of the couple. Presents that were not selected by the guests will be paid for by couple. Couple does not have to pay the 15% fee on these presents. According to the ANVR-travel conditions, directly after booking the trip and receipt of the booking confirmation, 15% of the total amount should be paid (please note: just the items that were actually booked in advance). Since there won’t be any payments from the guests yet, couple is responsible for this payment. The remainder should be paid at least 6 weeks before leave. If this amount can not be paid with the received gifts from the guests, couple will have to pay the remainder. Please note: terms of payment can vary per travel agent. With the offer for the honeymoon that couple receives, relevant conditions will be included. If the received gifts from the guests are not enough to pay for the whole honeymoon, couple is responsible to pay the remainder before leave (within the period stated by the travel agency). This only concerns parts and activities of the honeymoon that were booked in advance. Honeymoon2Give will not automatically book extra activities like sightseeing tours, dinners, massages etc. Honeymoon2Give will collect amounts paid and hand the total amount over to couple before the honeymoon. In this way, couple has the flexibility to spend the money at any chosen moment during the honeymoon. Couple understands that if they desire that those activities will be booked in advance, they should clearly tell Honeymoon2Give and the understand those activities should be paid for in advance. Unless agreed differently with Honeymoon2Give, Honeymoon2Give will transfer the payments received 10 days before leave. Of course, the registry list remains active until date of leave and all received payments will be transferred to couples bank account afterwards. If the honeymoon should be cancelled on request of the couple, all amounts received will be paid back to the guests. Couple has the responsibility to pay Honeymoon2Give the 15% service fees, so the guests will get their full payments back. Besides, Honeymoon2Give charges a one time amount of € 70,- for cancellation. Honeymoon2Give is entitled to wait with paying back the amounts to the guests until we received the 15% service fees from couple For cancellation of the trip we will use the terms of ANVR, which couple will receive with the offer. Honeymoon2Give is an organisation specialised in honeymoon registries. For planning and booking of the honeymoon we work together with various partner travel agencies and airlines. All of them are part of ANVR (Algemeen Nederlands Verbond Reisondernemingen) and SGR (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden). Honeymoon2Give cannot be held responsible for booked trips via our partners. Because our partners are member of SGR, all trips booked via us are part of SGR. Together with the travel documents, couple always receives ANVR travel conditions and SGR guarantee, to make sure couple is informed about it’s position as a customer. If your money is being kept at a ‘stichting derdengelden’, the money that was paid for you is fully apart from the capital of Honeymoon2Give. Therefore, Honeymoon2Give, for your safety, created a ‘stichting derdengelden’. Therefore, your money is safe in case of a file against or bankruptcy of Honeymoon2Give. Honeymoon2Give cannot be held responsible for problems with tickets, stay or booking of activities on location. Of course, we will handle and solve these problems at our full capacity with our partners. Again, the ANVR travel conditions and SGR guarantee are valid.
